All our regular orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. However, it can take up to 10 business days for your item to be shipped.

• We do not accept returns if the wrong size is ordered.
• We do not accept returns for all custom orders.
• For all personal items, return is not accepted.
• Items on sale, (using discount codes) return is not accepted.

Please Note: We may request you to pay additional cost for shipping, if the items you ordered are heavy in weight or if your address is in a remote area.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

All custom size items are shipped from our production base in Pakistan. We have no control over any import charges and every customer is encouraged to make sure they know the rules for their country before placing an order. All import charges are the responsibility of the customer and Leather Adults cannot help with any additional charges imposed by a countries customs force.

We Ship Worldwide.

All our regular orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. However, it can take up to 7 business days for your item to be shipped.

We strive to minimize fulfilment time for our custom orders as well and usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 7 to 14 days and bespoke orders within 10-18 days.

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries. In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, SKYNET, etc. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.

All the orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to Parcel Locker, Packstation, APO, FPO or PO box addresses. Moreover, signature is required for the delivery of the items.

Once we ship the order and provide tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by courier company due to any reason, or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer’s responsibility to contact courier company. We recommend you the follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number. After multiple delivery failure attempts at the provided address, courier company might destroy the parcel and we will not be responsible in that case.

In case of purchase of multiple items, or multiple transactions from the same customers. We usually ship items in one parcel, however, We recommend you to follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number. Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery on a different address, customer will have to contact respected courier company for further actions or a solution

Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.
